Free Festival App Available Now

The free 2012 Festival App is available now for both Android and iPhone.  Have the Festival in the palm of your hand for advance planning and use in real time, too.  The App lets you navigate:

  • EVENTS: Browse hundreds of events, performances, exhibitions, and tours. Search by date or by category. See the location, time, description, and other details for each. Select your favorites and make a personal schedule.
  • INFO: Find information about Festival Headquarters and welcome tents, how to get to the blossoms, FAQs,history, and other tools to get around DC and the Festival.
  • CITY IN BLOOM: the region unites with pink lighting and blossoms, blossoms everywhere. See what all the excitement’s about.
  • DINING: Metro-DC’s restaurants delight with Cherry Picks dishes and cocktails. Locations, phone numbers, and websites at your finger tips.
  • PLAY: Fun features including flowery photos, the ground-breaking 5×5 Public Art Project, and follow the Parade as it marches down Constitution Avenue.
  • SHOP: Centennial swag and gifts from your trip.
  • NEWS: Up-to-the minute feeds from the Festival website, and Facebook and Twitter pages.
