 Kitagawa Utamaro, the legendary but mysterious Japanese artist’s work is on display as never before. Snow at Fukagawa, Moon at Shinagawa, and Cherry Blossoms at Yoshiwara have not been displayed together in nearly 140 years. These and other works by Utamaro are on display at the Freer|Sackler through July 9.
