Cost: Free to spectators Description: Ten Mile Run, 5k Run Walk, and 1k Kids Run passing by Washington’s famous monuments and cherry trees during the city’s prettiest time of year. World-class runners compete for $40,000 in prize money and lead over 12,000 others. Entries fill in mid-December. Spectators welcome.
