The Festival and its partners, supporters, and participants encourage you to support Japan relief efforts.
The National Cherry Blossom Festival has a microsite within the American Red Cross, directly benefiting the Japan Earthquake and Pacific Tsunami fund, and a portion of the proceeds from the Festival’s online auction are designated to the fund, as well.
Please check back often as this list of efforts in conjunction with the Festival will be updated regularly:
- CRUMBS Bake Shop will donate 15% of the proceeds from their Cherry Blossom cupcake to the relief fund
- Capital Hearts for Japan – Earthquake Relief Fundraiser on Saturday, March 26, 6:00pm at The Park at Fourteenth (920 14th Street, NW) – event and silent auction for Save the Children
- Benefit Photo Safari on Sunday, March 27 at 8:30am
